Last month I'm pretty sure I ovulated multiple times, as had LH surge when AF was due and had ovulation pain 3 times each a week apart (all right ovary). I had been taking temps, using OPKs etc since starting ttc#2 as it took 18months ttc#1. My OH has high DNA frag low sperm count poor motility and morphology. One cycle it was 56 the other 38. But my BMI was around 27 at the time so on the high side, which would have made a difference. Sadly another mmc at 11 weeks but then three months later - bfp again! We decided to carry on trying, however after a few months with no BFP, I decided to go for some tests at a fertility clinic last week to see if they could find a reason for pregnancy losses. We tried for over twelve months before we got our BFP, and had just started private fertility investigations, but not the actual treatment. I had a grade 5AA egg with no fertility issues (only doing IVF as husband is in the military so he’s away a lot of the time to try and conceive) and it still didn’t implant sadly. 7 eggs collected, only one fertilised. I was on it for 12 years, came off and for the first two months I had a very short luteal phase (so not compatible with conception) but month three must have been a more normal cycle because I conceived that month.
