To my knowledge there is no way to craft each set more than once. A soldier equipped with Ruler armor and Chosen weapon is even more OP. Suit. They have slightly better stats, a neat special ability or two, and are very fashionable, but you can stick with vanilla armor. Pulling off chain shots or clutch rupture shots is often way, way easier when you can just fly your grenadier into a (typically elevated) position. Feela kinda nouveau-old-school, if that makes any sense. Shrapnel increases Claymore's parameters: damage is 8, armor shredding is 3, blast radius is 5 [explanation needed].
