I have tried switching it off and back on again several times but the same purple screen 'just a moment' message is there hanging and nothing actually happening!! A couple of times Aug 4, 2015 · It took a couple of hours, however when I got to the blue screen that says to accept the terms and conditions I clicked next and it came up with "Just a moment" (When I try to connect to a network before that the computer freezes up (except for the cursor) so I just clicked skip this step. I used the media creation tool, create a bootable USB installation disk and rebooted to the USB. Went through the install process of windows and once it completes the install it restarts the PC and now to the blue screen with the just a moment. connected powerpack and powered up, now it just sits at 'just a moment'.
